MEANING:
noun: Fossilized excrement.

ETYMOLOGY:
From Greek kopro- (dung) + -lite (stone), from lithos (stone).

USAGE:
"Visitors to the centre can see genuine mineralised Viking excrement on permanent display. The coprolite was discovered in 1972."
