Running Out of Words"I realize you've been sending words out for some nine years now, do you think you'll ever run out of 'em?" a reader asked me recently. Well, thanks to the nature of the English language, we'll never have to worry about that. New words are coined every day, old ones take new meanings, and we continue to import words from other languages and make them our own. If anything, dictionaries are expanding every year to include many of these new entries. So, no worries about running out of words. But we can't claim the same about funds (from Latin fundus: bottom, support.) Welcome to Autumn Contributing Membership Drive!
